This is the 17th edition of the Salón Inmobiliario del Mediterráneo, where the main national property developers and real estate companies have gathered with an estimated offer of more than 11,000 properties, including new and second-hand properties. In the case of GILMAR Real Estate, the offer presented exceeds 1,300 properties.
This year, the residential product will take on special relevance, with a catalogue of properties generally located in the province of Malaga, such as the capital, Estepona, Benalmádena, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benahavís or Rincón de la Victoria… and in other Andalusian provinces, such as Cadiz, where GILMAR also has an attractive range of properties throughout the Costa de la Luz…

Administrations, together with the private sector, came together at Simed to address the challenges and opportunities of the real estate sector. The show began with a new ACP Meeting Point, organised together with the Provincial Association of Builders and Developers of Malaga, where the main professionals in the sector shared strategies and future trends to turn current challenges into opportunities for growth (see image below).
The speakers agreed that, in this new phase marked by the beginning of the end of the pandemic, the sector must work to adapt its activity to both up and down cycles, in order to be a sustainable sector that manages to maintain stable employment over time.

The first day also saw a new edition of the Prime Homes Summit, in which various developers and marketers from the Andalusian coast presented their second home offerings to various marketers, brokers and intermediary agencies working for international clients.
An action of international promotion of the second homes market on the coast of Andalusia in which the International Department of GILMAR participated presenting the development ‘Mirador de Cabopino’, one of the new developments that we market on the Costa del Sol.
Finally, the GILMAR stand starred the first day celebrating a welcome cocktail in which we were fortunate to be able to greet in person a large number of customers and friends. We share some pictures as a way of thanking all those who accompanied us.
