This ravine is one of the most beautiful areas of the island, it carries water all year round and let’s hope it stays that way!
It is located in the Special Nature Reserve of Los Marteles (Valsequillo) and within the Protected Landscape of Lomo Magullo in Telde”, which means that you will cross two different municipalities on this route.
On this route we can find one of the largest willow forests of the island and 10% of the exclusive flora of the archipelago, streams with water every day of the year and beautiful waterfalls.
In addition, the route is highly recommended for children, as most of it is completely flat and not dangerous.
The ascent on foot to the Roque Nublo can be a nice challenge for children. It is one of the most important symbols of Gran Canaria and one of the highest points.
